• 10% of the cost of a tour is required as a "Reservation Fee" if a tour is booked more than 100 days prior to Day One of a tour. This deposit is to reserve dates and is non-refundable.

• 100 days prior to Day One of a tour, 50% of the balance of the cost of the tour is required. For cancelations up to 50 days prior to Day One of a tour, 50% of this amount is refundable.

• The balance of the cost of a tour is required 50 days prior to Day One of a tour. For cancelations up to 31 days prior to Day One of a tour, 20% of the cost of the tour (less the "Reservation Fee" if applicable) will be refunded.

• Regretfully, no refund can be given for cancelations 30 days or less prior to Day One of a tour. Therefore, we highly recommend purchasing trip insurance. Should a cancelation occur, trip insurance will help to cover the cost of the tour as well as the cost of airline tickets.
